UPDATED JUNE 19, 2021
Governor Cuomo announced that the State hit the 70% vaccination rate threshold this week and most of the public health restrictions are now lifted, including all of the restrictions on restaurants and taverns. While the Department of Health continues to recommend social distancing and mask wearing in certain indoor situations, we no longer have to enforce any special rules on our customers. In addition, all of the restrictions on our operations are now lifted.
We appreciate the understanding and cooperation of our patrons over the past many months while various restrictions and rules were in place. Between those precautions and the large number of people who have taken advantage of vaccination opportunities, we can now return to normal operations. However, it is still wise to avoid contact with people who show any signs of illness and to continue to wash our hands on a regular basis.
So, please stay safe and enjoy our return to normalcy.
